Our HG CUSTOMER SUPPORT PORTAL is your go-to support site for all HG-related concerns. For further assistance on urgent requests or other concerns that need our immediate attention, you may directly reach us via this portal.

                                                               
Here’s how you can get your message or concern across:


Step 1: Go to the HG Customer Support Portal.

Step 2: Raise a ticket by filling up your details.

Step 3: Select the department and concern type from the dropdown.

Step 4: Add your message and attach the necessary documents (if any).

Step 5: Click the “Create Ticket” button and expect our Family Support Officer to reach out to you within 24 business hours. 

 

Our Family Support Team is ready and happy to serve you from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Mondays to Fridays. Feel free to reach out to us should you wish to give your feedback or concerns.

Note: HG Virtual Offices are closed on weekends. Response time could be extended if the email is received on a weekend or holiday.
